The competition 3 or 4 yrs ago we had a few people being rushed in as judges while the team katas were being performed , this led to a few moans about some of the scores awarded . Now i think it is ok and as long as we keep a specified list of who can judge we will have no problem ...when the judges are involved in Kata then we will have to have a few back up judges and i think they have to be black belt grade really . I am sure we can work out a suitable way to shuffle the competing and judging duties between us , And i am going to compete in both individual and team kata next year .....i hope we all will compete , it would create that extra bit of rivalry between us all .. I still have not forgotten when you beat me all those years ago John for 1st place in the Kata ...    Report
