You know everyone will help, just ask.

Try and relax a bit, you're not going to be able to change much between now and the competition except get a bit more information.  If we do any sparring on Thursday, I'll do my moving target impression so that you can try out anything you want.

There are really only three things to remember for competition.

1)   Strike before they do

2)   Try not to get hit

3)   See rules 1 and 2

I will still check the site sometimes even while I'm away as I check my email as well, so if you want to ask anything fire away.
