My son has recently joined the Newham class on Thursday nights and I have taken it upon myself to join the forum. Please for give me for being too forward with this post (especially being a newbie) but I have noticed that not many of us are using it and feel this is a shame of a great website going to waste. C'mon guys, let's communicate. Let's get this forum thriving. I'm sure even only chit chat will be a good thing (am I right or wrong). Get to know each other, swap tips and information, ask questions, tell us what you think. If someone has a problem, I'm sure a member will be able to help. We're here for each other. That's what a forum is all about, being a community. Let's put it to good use. Sue

Hi Sue, glad to see you are trying to make use of the forum, I hope you get a good response from the other people at the club. Just a reminder that if there is anything you would like to chat about with the wider audience of all the ELWK clubs then please feel free to post in the 'ELWK Chat' forum.
Cheers
Ian
Hi Sue
We need more people like yourself to get things moving, the idea of the web site is to keep every one posted on what's going on, all courses, competitions, weekend camp etc. - also it lets people know what the Instructors are up to as well - this year alone we have been on Instructor courses in Walsall, somewhere near Gatwick ? & Portugal! (read the write ups). We also have been invited to attend the European Wado Kai Championships in November coupled with training with Japanese Masters (if they come over).
Good luck with the forum - over to you!
regards
ken

I'm from the Guildhall club (up in the city) and train under Ken. Thanks for the positive feedback on the website - I designed and set up the site, although Ken now looks after the actual content. Any other feedback/requests/suggestions for the site would be welcome.
Cheers,
