Nike 10Km Run

Hi chaps,

Well I succefully completed the Nike 10Km run yesterday in  (what I think is) a respectable time of 57mins 29 seconds.

You can see my split times here:
https://www.runlondon.com/tenkresults/virtualtenk.aspx?UserRunResultId=0c6b7658-171c-44e0-9936-29ba9ec8d266

And my finish video here:
https://www.runlondon.com/tenkresults/videofinish.aspx?UserRunResultId=0c6b7658-171c-44e0-9936-29ba9ec8d266
(I am crossing the line on the left as the clock goes to 58:58 - I didn't corss the start line right at the start)

I am going to miss this Tuesdays class as I want my legs to recover as I am doing a cycle ride down to Brighton on Saturday and want to save som energy for that.

To remind everyone, this is all training for my cycle ride in India next year for Cancer Research.  Please take a look at http://www.cycleindia2007.co.uk/ .  I am still in need of a lot of sponsorhip money, so if you haven't done so already, and donation would be greatefully accepted.

Cheers,

-Ian

Hi Ian,

Yeh, well done for the run,  but missing training afterwards.......tut tut.  If u need help for the cycle ride

try eating chilli beans before the event, as this acts as a sort of turbo charger!  A couple of people behind

u may die but there's always a sacrifice to be made.

Regards,

John
