An introduction to karate is probably Shingo Ohgami, although I suspect there are loads of books with that name. Don't know about the other one though.

John is right Shingo Oghami certainly wrote the Introduction to Karate, the two second fighter has got me stumped though ? Geoff Thompson wrote the three second fighter, so if someone has come up with the quicker option I would also be interested, what next ? the one second fighter ? (HA! HA!) - yes if you go to Geoff Thompson' s web site he has all the books listed (3 for the price of 2) good reading. Geoff also has a DVD version too!

two second fighter , that`s about how long it took me to score against John when i sparred with him last ......

i hope eric doesnt do sparring on Monday .....hahaha .
