Hi to you lot , how is everyone doing down there in the city . Any new members or had anyone leave , how is the training going ...anyone else up for Black Belt or other belts .. everyone healthy and injury free . Still finding it hard after Christmas celebrations ...we want to know .. Big Smile [:D]

The club is going very well, we have just moved up to the 14th floor of a tower block & the views across the city are fantastic really good, the only problem is anyone falling out of the windows. I have to put some strict guidlines in place during sparring, anyone throwing, pushing or kicking their opponent through the window - will lose a point - I know it's hard but it's only fair. Also they have to run down the stairs to call the ambulance, as I only have a small box of plasters.

seriously it's great training with sucha great view in the dojo - I will post some photo's on soon.

Don't you think a whole point might be a bit too much, it may just be an accident. I have some bigger plasters and triangular bandages in case you need to put sometones leg in a sling.

you've got a valid point there hmm - when are you coming up to see us then ?
the window is always open (sorry I meant door) to you - don't forget you need GI, mitts, binoculars (great views) & maybe a parachute ?
if you don't like heights then this ain't the club for you!

Hi Ken ..well i dont like falling from a great height...so i shall remain down here at ground level ...<img src="/emoticons/emotion-1.gif" alt="Smile [:)]" />

As for the club where i help Mike run , we are not doing too bad , had 3 or 4 new kids start so that is good .
