Really good and good turnout too. Everyone I spoke to seemed to enjoy it. The influence of Yanakawa Senseis visit was obvious this time. Yes, okay even I felt a bit sorry for Ken to! I may have got a little of that myself (not that I would ever do the techniques wrong - cough). The Budo approach to karate is interesting although like anything else is going to take some practice. We are going up to Sakagami Senseis 'way of excellence' course this weekend in Derbyshire. As Eric said, that means we should be excellent by Sunday afternoon. I said the problem with that is that we are **** again by Monday!
