Any feedback on the main site, or the forum itself you have would be much appreciated?
Just drop us a post here and we'll look in to it.
Thanks

hi ians , i was wondering if it was possible to be able to post smileys on the site , you know a sad smiley , happy smiley , confused smiley ...etc . It would make it easier to express yourself when posting , i hate doing those :) , <_> type of abbreviations . I am a moderator on http://www.football.co.uk/ and we use smileys on there and it adds a lot to the site and makes it more user friendly . Just a thought anyway .

Yep, it was just a setting I had to turn on
It looks like the 'Post icon' section at the bottom of the page (when you are writing your message) determines the smilie that appears in the post header, but you can still add your own smilies in you text, unfortunately you have to type these in to you message. If you hover you mouse over the smilies at the bottom of the page you will see what you need to type, they are all in square brackets so a normal smilie is [ :) ] (without the spaces obvisouly
hi ian , thanks for that .
Hi Ian,
I had a problem the other day with my userid and asked for an email and reset on my password (for JohnG).
Unfortunately nothing turned up (I tried 3 times), so I couldn't use it, any ideas?
Sorry John, I missed this post.... I looks like the emailing of password resets is not working... so it resets your password to something new - and then can't send you the email to tell you the new password! Genius!
I'll see if I can get that working. Cheers
Thanks, as you can see it worked okay.
Regards,
John

I've just noticed that you don't need to type in the smiley - there is a drop down list when you are typing your post called 'Insert Smiley' and you can just select from there - don't know how I missed this before
Well done for your win at the competition, although, as you know trophies are not that important lol. Charlie from our club had the same problem with forgetting his password as I did, could you sort it out for him, cheers.
Cheers John, it was nice to win at the competition, and you are correct that winning trophies is not that important . Although as my trophy had nothing engraved on it I am thinking of blatantly lieing and getting something really impressive sounding put on there
I've already mailed Charlie about his password. I cannot send people out their existing passwords, although I can reset them for people. Although it is easier if you do it through the site itself.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the forum and click on the 'Sign In' link, on here you will see a link which says 'I forgot my password'. In here just enter your username and it will email you your password.
You can also edit your own profiles on the site too. When you have logged in click on your username in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will bring up your profile, where you can edit your profile.
Cheers
Ian
Cheers Ian,
How about 1st place Iternational Masters of the Universe Individual Superhero Kumite.
I think that covers most of it.
